Botkeeper's business insights provide you and your clients with helpful insights into both financial and non-financial data on a centralized platform available 24/7.
To view a client Business Insights dashboard take the following steps:
Partner Portal View
- Click on Business Insights from the left menu pane.
- Use the client drop-down list, from the upper left field on the dashboard, to select a client you would like to view the dashboard for.
- Your client dashboard will appear on screen for your review.
Client Portal View
- Enter a client name in the Navigate by Client search box on the left menu pane.
- Click on Business Insights from the left menu pane.
- Your client dashboard will appear on screen for your review.
