How do I know which pricing plan is right for my business?

Botkeeper pricing is based on your average monthly expenses.

Our packages are priced based on the average number of expense you have each month. This figure should help you determine which package is the best fit for your business. In addition, we offer select supplemental services with our bigger packages, such as managing your collections and customized reporting. Head over to our pricing page to compare the different services, or you can connect with one of our specialists to walk you through an assessment.

We’ll help you determine the correct plan based on questions such as these:

  • What are your recurring vs. non-recurring bills?
  • How many employees do you have? (payroll = 2 transactions per employee)
  • How many vendors do you work with?
  • How many invoices do you send out?
  • How often are swiping your credit card? (client dinners, supply runs, etc)
