There are 2 levels of service Botkeeper provides as it relates to payroll: 1) We collect the payroll transaction via payroll vendor report and input that into QuickBooks Online via a Journal Entry. 2) We submit payroll information to the third-party vendor in addition to option 1. For submission, the provider must be one of Botkeeper's approved payroll integrations.

Botkeeper is not able to assist with 401k contributions in terms of "money movement." However, Botkeeper can still record the journal entry for these type of transactions.

Botkeeper does not provide any CFO level service, however you can speak to your Account Manager to learn how we can connect you to a trusted CFO provider.
