Bot Review tips, tricks, and troubleshooting

Running into an issue? Here are some common troubleshooting issues and some tips and tricks for getting the most from Bot Review.

I don't see the number of exception cards I expected.

If an exception type is not represented by the transactions in the date range you have selected, the card for that exception type will not appear.

I can't locate the actioned exceptions.

You'll find them on the Audit Log. Be sure to set the date filter appropriately.

A transaction was marked resolved erroneously, how do I fix it?

The transaction now resides on the Processed tab of Transaction Manager. You may reset it, which will send it to the Needs Review tab so you can make any necessary updates.
