Firm Profile/Branding

You'll find the firm's profile and branding in Client & User Management.

Locating and editing partner details and branding

  • To view current partner details, click the Details tab from the top navigation for Client & User Management.
  • The Details tab opens to a two-panel screen with Partner Details on the left and Branding information on the right.
    • The Partner Details section includes information about your firm — including your firm’s branded portal url. 
    • The Branding section is where you’ll upload your firm’s branding assets — logo and favicon, that will appear for your portal users. 
  • If your user role allows access, you can use the Edit buttons in the upper right corner of the Partner Details or Branding sections to make changes.

Your firm's branded domain

With a white-labeled URL, we have the ability to use your firm’s web domain with the extension .firm.ai.  

For example, if your firm name is Beacon Hill CPA and your firm’s URL is beaconhillcpa.com, then your Botkeeper URL will most likely be beaconhillcpa.firm.ai.

You also have the option of reaching out to your internal Botkeeper administrator who can look up these details inside Botkeeper by taking the following steps:

  1. Log into your firm’s platform
  2. Navigate to the global Client & User Management module
  3. Click the Details tab; if not defaulted there
  4. Navigate to the Domain field; this will be your firm's url

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your firm has integrated Botkeeper into its SSO, this will be indicated on the Details tab of Client & User Management. To learn if SSO integration is an option for your firm, submit a help ticket. The Botkeeper team will assist you.
