How to submit a support request

Not having luck finding an answer in the knowledge base? Here's how to reach out for support.

Need help?

If you get stuck while you're in the platform, you can click the Need Help pill you'll find in the lower right corner of the screen:

It will expand to offer you these options:

Select either the envelope icon or the speech bubble icon to the right of Email or Chat Now! if you need assistance you can't get from the Knowledge Base or our guided tours. If you click the envelope for email, you'll see this:

If your question isn't urgent, email is an excellent choice. We answer emails quickly. If your question or issue is more urgent, create a support ticket instead.

If you click the chat icon, you'll see this:

Click the adorable Bothead and start your chat. If no one is available to answer you, your request will be logged and you'll hear back from someone during normal business hours.

How can I find tickets submitted by my team?

  1. Click here to visit your customer portal.
  2. Enter your email and password if required.
  3. You'll see a list of tickets you can filter by status, or search to find the one you need.
