Live chat or Email: Which should I choose for support?

Choosing the right channel depends on your needs.

Live Chat

During business hours of 9a-5p M-F excluding holidays, your chat requests are routed to your customer service rep, who will assist you ASAP. This is a great solution if you have urgent needs during regular business hours. If you chat outside business hours, our chatbot will try to help you out! If your needs exceed what Chatbot can do, your request will be logged and someone will be in touch with you ASAP.

Email

If your need isn't urgent, we still do answer support emails quickly. Just let us know what the issue is, and we'll get back to you.
