[LIVE] February 27 Update

Botkeeper keeps getting better. Here are the updates we're releasing as of February 27, 2024.

Documents

  • Upload one or more folders to the main level of the folder structure

    Users may now upload one or more folders directly to the top level of the folder structure alongside system-generated folders. Learn more.

Smart Connect

  • Know when your next statement will be available 

    Smart Connect now displays the expected availability date of the next statement on the account details page. Learn more.

  • Force a download of the most recent statement

    If the most recent statement isn’t in Smart Connect, users may now click a “Refresh Statements” button that will download the most recent statement (if available). Users may only click the button once per account, per month. Learn more.

  • Reporting of errors downloading a statement

    When the system encounters an error downloading a statement, a red banner will display on the Account Details page of the Bank Statements section. The banner will disclose the error and the time of the next scheduled attempt to download the statement. Learn more.

  • Force refresh of statement transactions

    Users may now click a “Refresh Transactions” button on the Account Details page above the transaction feed if they notice their feed hasn’t refreshed. The system refreshes the feed daily by default. Learn more.

  • Transaction feed display now defaults to “Last 30 days.”

    On the Account Details page of Smart Connect, the date range of the transaction feed now defaults to the last 30 days. Users may still change this view using the date range filter. Learn more.

Bot Review

  • Close Status tab added (Private Beta)

    A new tab in Bot Review named “Close Status” allows users to see their clients’ close status. Depending on the service package, the user may also be able to update the close status and add notes. Learn more.

Portal Manager

  • Confirm a client’s service package in Details

    In the “Details” tab of Portal Manager, users can now see (but not edit) the service package assigned to a client. Learn more.

General

  • Terms of Service & Privacy Policy access

    Upon accepting an invitation and when logging into the platform, users will be presented with links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
