Changing / Resetting your password

On the login screen, you'll see a link that says Forgot Password. You can click this to change your password, even if you actually know it.

You'll be asked to submit your email address; you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you change your mind, you can click Return to the Log In Page:

If you don't receive your password reset email:

  • Try the “Forgot Password?” link again. 

  • Make sure you activated your account via the activation email from Botkeeper. If you can't find it:

    • Check your spam or junk mail.
    • Verify you've added no-reply@firm.ai to your contacts/trusted senders.
    • If you still can't find it, you'll need to request a fresh invitation from your firm admin or, if you are the admin, submit a ticket to have a new email sent. 

Updating or Changing your email address

Your email address is editable via your user profile. Once you've saved a new email, you'll receive a confirmation code by email at the new address.

When you log back in, you'll be asked to enter your new email address and the confirmation code. Click Verify Email, and the change is complete.
