Understanding your Botkeeper Invoice

The Botkeeper invoice is simple and straightforward.

Botkeeper issues invoices monthly. If you are on automatic payment, these are for your records and convenience, and the issued invoice will be marked Paid. There is no need for you to take any action. Note the Balance Due (1) line will read $0 as shown in the sample below, unless your automatic payment failed for any reason.

If you are not on automatic payment or if your automatic payment failed, you will need to pay the Balance Due by the Due Date (2).

The invoice breaks down your Products and Services (3), including a short description of each. The QTY (4) or quantity, indicates how many of that product or service you've contracted for. Unit Price (5) is the price for 1 unit of the product or service, while the Amount (6) represents your Unit Price multiplied by your QTY. The Amount line will also indicate any adjustments to your pricing per your agreement.

Any payment you've applied to the current invoice is represented by Payment (7).
