Allison Little is a senior manager at HORNE where she partners with organizations to not just meet their financial goals but propel them forward by harnessing the power of technology.

Having worked in Client Advisory Services for over fifteen years, she serves clients with a variety of accounting solutions ranging from accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial statements, planning & analysis, and CFO services. 

Growing up, Allison loved puzzles and often hid the last piece in order to complete the puzzle “all by herself.” Her love of finding the right piece at the right time, led to a career in accounting where she leverages technology to provide clients with insights to drive growth, streamline operations and unlock new opportunities. Every client presents a new set of puzzles, and Allison's childhood passion has translated into her being a dedicated and driven problem solver for clients. 

Allison enjoys working with a variety of industries but has been drawn to healthcare and nonprofits where her goal is to improve client financial performance so that organizations can make a difference in their communities.  She’s driven by a love for financial technology, an insatiable curiosity, and the desire to provide actionable financial results.
