Frictionless Client Onboarding & Visibility
We are streamlining the setup process so you can get new clients up and running in record time.
- Streamlined 'Add Client' Flow: We redesigned the onboarding experience to be highly intuitive. By pushing the connection step first, we eliminate confusion and drastically reduce the time it takes to add a new client.
- Continue Setup Button: Interruptions happen. A new button on the Client Details page will let you jump exactly back into the flow to finish setting up client automation without missing a beat.
- Simplified Industry Selection: We are making onboarding even faster by moving to a single, highly accurate industry selection per client, replacing the old primary and secondary system.
- At-a-Glance GL Status: A sleek new badge directly in the Client Table will instantly show you whether a client's General Ledger is securely connected or needs attention.
A Faster, More Powerful Transaction Manager
We are removing the friction from your daily reviews, giving you a wider and clearer view of your data with far fewer clicks.
- Broader Visibility: We are removing the default Assignee and Date Range filters. Opening the Transaction Manager will instantly reveal all transactions needing review, sorted oldest to newest, rather than only showing your assigned items.
- Expanded Default View: The table will display 100 rows at a time instead of 25. This drastically cuts down on pagination so you can fly through reviews.
- Refined Transaction Handling: We are updating the interface to make distinguishing and handling bank feed transactions versus GL transactions incredibly clear and intuitive.
- QuickBooks Desktop Exports: You will soon be able to effortlessly export transactions from the Transaction Manager directly into the QuickBooks Desktop format.
- AI Preferences: We are renaming the Configurations tab to AI Preferences. This intuitive update better reflects how you tailor our powerful AI to fit your unique workflow.
Smarter AI & Lightning-Fast Bank Rec
Under the hood, we are making the Botkeeper engine smarter and noticeably faster.
- Dynamic AI Model Training: Holding and uncategorized accounts will be immediately excluded from categorization. Your client's AI model will automatically re-train the second you update those settings, even if the model was already trained.
- Faster Auto Bank Rec: We are deploying performance improvements to Auto Bank Rec. You will instantly notice that saving your matches is significantly faster and more responsive.
Effortless Admin & Billing Management
Managing your team and your Botkeeper subscription is about to become completely seamless.
- Streamlined Billing via Stripe: We are fully integrating with Stripe to give you a world-class billing experience. Partner Admins will be able to effortlessly manage license counts, view past invoices, and update payment information directly from the Partner Details screen.
- Flexible Access Control: You will soon be able to manage client access from the user level rather than strictly by client, giving you ultimate flexibility when assigning team permissions.
