With 20+ years of experience in corporate accounting best practices, Dixie is passionate about creating order and structure out of the chaos that sometimes occurs from growing too rapidly, changing management or ownership, creating new product lines, or restructuring of businesses. Having worked with hundreds of different small to medium business clients in many different industries, she understands both the nuances of the small business owner and the strategies needed to maintain and grow a medium-sized company.

She also understands the importance of giving back. Dixie currently serve on the DCPA Advisory Board for CPA.com, a leader in emerging accounting technologies and innovation, Sage Intacct Accountant's Program Advisory Council (SIAPAC), Bill.com Accountant Firm Advisory Council, AICPA FinTech Advisory Council, Advisory Board for Full Course, and is a founding member of the CPA.com CAS 2.0 Advisory Council. 

Dixie enjoys bringing insight to management/owners by increasing their visibility into the financials with more real-time, accurate, structured data. By easily slicing, dicing, and analyzing the data, she strives to uncover hidden profits and implement strategies to improve growth.
