How do I change an entity/client name?

If your client experiences a name change take the following steps.

If your client experiences a name change take the following steps to let us know:

  1. Log into your portal
  2. Navigate to the Portal Manager
  3. Select the Clients tab
  4. Click the Client name
  5. When the Details tab appears for the client, click the View Scope button
  6. When the scoping tool launches, navigate to the Company Information tab
  7. Update either or both fields as necessary:
    1. Legal name; and/or
    2. DBA (doing business as)
  8. Click the Save Changes button
