How do I match a transaction?

To match a transaction in Transaction Manager, you'l need to take these steps.

To match a transaction in Transaction Manager, take the following steps:
  1. Navigate to the client you would like to match the transactions for
  2. Open the Transaction Manager module
  3. Navigate to the transaction you would like to match - you can use the filters to help in your search
  4. In the Action column click the for icon which represents the transaction has been detected for one or more potential matches; if you do not see this icon the transaction does not have any potential matches to be matched to
  5. Click the Find a Match button to see the list of potential matches 
  6. A popup window will appear
  7. Use the filters to aid in delimiting your potential matches
  8. Once you have identified your match(es), put a check mark in the tick box for the matched transaction(s)
  9. Click the Match button in the lower right corner of the window; you may need to scroll down to see this button
