How do I provide Botkeeper access to my QBO client?

Providing us access to your QBO client takes just eight steps.

To grant Botkeeper access to a client take the following steps:

  1. As an Admin user, log into your QBOA account. 
  2. Navigate to the Team module.
  3. Look up the user named AI Access
    1. If you do have an AI Access user continue to step 4.
    2. If you do not have an AI Access user in your QBOA account follow the steps in this article to create the AI Access user.
  4. Click the Edit button.
  5. Scroll down to the Access to clients section.
  6. Find or Search for the client you want to grant access to.
  7. Put a checkmark  in the checkbox to grant this user access.
  8. Click the Save Changes button in the lower right corner of the window (you may need to scroll down to see this button).
