How do I reactivate a terminated client to make it an infinite client?

First you need to determine if the client termination can be canceled.

If you are not on a subscription plan, then you will first need to speak to your Account Executive about migrating to a subscription plan before taking the steps in this article.

First you need to determine if the client termination can be canceled.  Please reference this article to determine if your client termination can be canceled. 


If your client termination can be canceled, take the following steps

  1. Complete the steps from the linked article above
  2. Navigate to the scoping tool 
  3. Open the scope of service for this restored client
  4. Navigate to the Company Information tab
  5. Navigate to and set the Client Type field to be Infinite
  6. Review the updated field requests to ensure accuracy OR enter any newly requested information
  7. Click the Action button, in the upper right corner of window
  8. Select the Deploy button

This client will now follow the process for Infinite onboarding.
