Botkeeper's Navigation Bar
The left-hand navigation features links to the Botkeeper Operating System's main functions.
Once you log in, the home screen contains a left side navigation that displays the following:
Within the navigation, you will find the following options:
- Navigate by Client: Filters the entire Portal for a specific client. Client filter remains filtered until the filter is removed.
- Activity Hub: All your communications across the platform in one space.
- Work: A one-stop shop for all your assigned tasks. This is also where you can create new tasks.
- Documents: Manage files, review existing files and/or store new files.
- Portal Manager: Manage Portal access, user roles, clients, and Partner details
- Close Tracker (coming May 2024): Check the progress to closing across all clients you have access to, or for a particular client.
Please Note: When a client has been selected using the “Navigate by Client” filter, five additional features appear in the left side navigation: Transaction Manager, Smart Connect, Password Manager, Bot Review, and Transaction Insights.
