I am not receiving my two-factor authentication (2FA) verification code to my phone or authenticator app, how do I get help logging in to the portal?

We suggest you try a few different things:

  • Check your spam folder 

  • Ensure you waited at least 5 minutes 

  • Attempt the “forgot password” option 

  • Select the “Resend” option on the screen where you’re asked for your verification code. 

  • If you are still unable to receive the code, contact your portal administrator for assistance in resetting your two-factor authentication.
