Transfers | Transaction Manager

This article will walk you through how to record a transfer of funds between your bank accounts and credit cards in Transaction Manager.

To process a transfer you can take the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Transaction Manager.
  2. Locate the Transaction.
  3. Navigate to the Action column for that transaction.
  4. Click on the icon.
  5. When the drawer for the transaction opens, click on the Record A Transfer tab.
  6. Complete the From and To accounts accordingly.
  7. Enter a Memo; if desired.
  8. Click the Save Transfer button.
Congratulations! Your transaction should now be removed from the Needs Review tab and added to the Processed tab, as well as being synced to your client's general ledger.
