What do I do if I don't receive a two-factor authentication (2FA) code, or the code I have doesn't work?

There are steps you can take when your 2FA code doesn't show up, or fails to work.

If you’ve not received your verification code or the code fails to work, select the “Resend” option on screen where you’re asked for your verification code. 

Please note: If you have any additional issues accessing your verification code via text or authenticator app, contact your portal administrator for assistance in resetting your 2FA.
