What should I do if I have issues with my 2FA text message verification code?

You can have a new code sent to you.

If your 2FA verification method is set to Text Message and you have not received your verification code (or the code fails to work), take the following steps to correct this:

  1. From the Verification Code window shown during your account log in, select the Resend button option as seen in the screenshot below:

  2. Navigate to the text message app on the phone used for your 2FA verification.
  3. Locate the text message that contains your user’s verification code.
  4. Copy the verification code from within the text message.
  5. Navigate back to your accounting portal.
  6. Paste the verification code in the verification code field.
  7. Click the Complete Login button.

      If you have any additional issues accessing your verification code via text contact your accounting firm for assistance in resetting your 2FA.
