Transactions categorized incorrectly

If you notice incorrect categorization after the books are closed, please submit a support ticket and our team will investigate.

AutoPush categorizes transactions in real-time, which means sometimes you'll see transactions appear in the GL before our accounting team reviews them.

These are typically the "low confidence" transactions that our AI/ML was unsure about and that our accounting team will update. As corrections are made to the categorization, our models continuously learn and will make a better prediction the next time a similar transaction is processed.
