Where is the task to upload my client’s month-end bank or credit card statement?

Appearance of this task will depend on if a task is needed for your client’s month-end bank or credit card statement. 

Appearance of this task will depend on if a task is needed for your client’s month-end bank or credit card statement. 

  • If your client’s account is connected via Smart Connect, then launch the account details. If you see a link to download a month end statement you will not be assigned a task to upload the statement.
  • If your client’s account is connected via Smart Connect, then launch the account details. If you do not see a link to download a month end statement please navigate to Work > Tasks and perform a search for the bank account name and/or the last 4 digits of the account number to locate the task request. Once found, launch the task to upload the month end statement and click the Upload & Complete to complete the task.
