Why don’t I see AutoPush working as of my client’s start date?

The start date for AutoPush may vary by client and is dependent on multiple factors.

The start date for AutoPush may vary by client and is dependent on one or more of the following factors: 

  • The timing of the action to deploy the client in the scoping tool 
  • If transactions already exist in the client’s general ledger for the start month, we don’t want to cause duplicate transactions
  • Smart Connect’s ability to sync transactions from the financial institution

If AutoPush is not immediately available, our human team will pick up the lift till it is ready for use.
