Why is my client not showing in the client drop down option of the portal?

You can begin typing a specific client's name to jump to that client.

The Navigate by Client search box has a limit to the number of clients it will show by default. If you do not initially see your client in the predefined drop-down listing please take the following steps:

  • Log into your firm portal via your firm branded url
  • Start typing your client’s name in the upper left navigation Navigate by Client search box
  • Once your client name appears select it from the resulting drop down list
  • You should now be in your selected client portal

If you still are not able to see your client, please confirm your client was scoped and deployed via the scoping tool.  If your client was scoped and deployed, but you are still not able to find them via the Navigate by Client search box please submit a help ticket for further assistance.
