  • With GL Automation, how often are transactions categorized?

    Every day! Any new transactions posted to the designated account(s) will be processed daily and available for review in Transaction Manager.

  • Do I have to use GL Automation for everything in the COA?

    GL Automation is easiest for any accounts already connected to your GL, or for which you upload .CSV files to the GL.

    You will designate specific "holding" or "uncategorized" accounts in the COA for Botkeeper to collect transactions from. Our AI will then collect those transactions and categorize them, syncing back to the GL.

    Botkeeper offers multiple connection options to best suit each account. 

  • Is there a limit to how many accounts can use GL Automation?

    Nope! If the account is connected in your QBO or Xero GL, GL Automation can connect to it. Note there are some situations where you might find another connection type more beneficial, but the choice is yours.
