FOUNDER AND OWNER OF WILL HILL CONSULTS, LLC

Will is founder and owner of Will Hill Consults, LLC. Will has been working in the tax profession service and accounting community since 2001.

Through his 20+ years in the profession, Will has taught countless classes on firm management, change management, and advisory services. His travels to implement software and perform business workflow consulting have taken him to over 400 firm offices. His role of launching Practice Forward while part of Thomson Reuters was part of the large Advisory transition wave in the profession. While there, he also developed numerous services to aid in the growth and transformation of tax and accounting firms

Known for his combination of creativity and practicality, Will’s excitement and passion for seeing firms achieve their success is palpable in all of his interactions. Will stays active in writing, presenting, and sharing thought leadership — his many articles and blogs have appeared in various industry publications over the years. Prior to his newest podcast series, “Lead with Courage,” he was also the creator and co-host of the podcast “Pulse of the Practice.”

In 2021 Will was named by Accounting Today in their “Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting.”
