Identifying the source of pain and problems can be a challenge. In the absence of having all of the correct information, many jump to conclusions about the cause. Is it the people? Is it the technology? Is it the process? While each component (or suspect!) is important, working through a process problem can be a daunting task. In this session we will dig into this area from a practical and actionable perspective – with real life experiences!
